My name is daniel Bediako and I specialise in designing individual workout, fitness , athletics and goal programs customised and tailored to the individual’s fitness goals.
My journey into athletics and sports started over 25 years ago at the age of 14, and has been a driving passion in my life ever since...
HOning my skills in athletics, i began to specialise in Triple and Long jump, which I compete in to this day.
Achieving the title of New Zealand champion in triple jump, I have not given up on reaching this level again.
My desire to perform at my physical best, allowed me to make my passion my career. And I now work as a PERSONAL TRAINER AND AN ATHLETICS SPRINTS AND JUMPS COACH, showing individuals how they too can reach their goals.

At Danssil we truly believe that it's the mind that gets us to where we want to be. I have worked with a variety of individuals at different levels, skills and abilities. You don't have to be in peak physical shape to step foot in the gym, and we want to help you build the confidence to push your own limits.
We provide a mobile Personal Training service, able to meet you within the gym or out in the real world. But we promise to focus on your wellbeing and to support you to push yourself.
With 1:1 sessions starting from $60, we can tailor a program for you that includes exercises, and at an extra cost we provide meal plans and regular motivational check ins to ensure you are progressing as desired.

Specialising in Track and Field events, we will work with you in a closely monitored setting to create a customised program.
Seasonal training packages are available to fit into your schedule, or if you prefer, one a one workshops are also available.
GROUP TRAINING - THE DANSSIL WOLF-PACK
If you are TRULY interested in taking your Athletics training to the next level, then you can become part of The Danssil Wolf-Pack.
A high-performance training team that meets up to 5 times a week. Available for ALL AGES, this is truly for the Brave and the Bold. Our focus will be group training, and team support to push beyond what each athlete is capable of.
We attend track and field events as a team, and keep each other Motivated. And most importantly, we have tonnes of Fun.
