Whether you are just starting out, or wanting to refine your skills for competition we would like to help you achieve your goals.

Specialising in Track and Field events, we will work with you in a closely monitored setting to create a Customised program. 

Seasonal Training packages are available to fit into your schedule, or if you prefer one a one off Workshop this can be arranged.

GROUP TRAINING - THE DANSSIL WOLF-PACK

If you are Truly interested in taking your Athletics Training, then perhaps you can become of the the Pack.

A high-performance Training team that meets up to 5 times a week. Available for ALL AGES, this is truly for the Brave and the Bold. Our focus will be group training, and team Support to push beyond what any one Athlete is capable of. 
 

We attend Track and Field events as a Team, and keep each other Motivated. And most importantly, we have tonnes of Fun.
